Everything you need
to build custom.

From the first idea to the workshop materials list. MuebleLab covers the whole process.

01

Intuitive 2D design

Draw furniture with unlimited horizontal and vertical divisions. Drag, resize and organize with alignment guides.

02

Real-time 3D view

Visualize your piece in 3D with realistic textures, SSAO lighting and bloom. Rotate, zoom and present to the client.

03

Cut list

Automatically generate the complete parts list with exact dimensions, edge banding and board type.

04

Cut optimizer

MAXRECTS algorithm that lays out parts on boards to minimize waste. Export plans as SVG.

05

Hardware calculator

Hinges, slides, handles and screws calculated automatically based on dimensions and door or drawer type.

06

Appliances

Place fridges, ovens, dishwashers and more directly in your design with real dimensions.

07

Multi-unit projects

Design several pieces in the same project. Group full kitchens, wardrobes and custom compositions.

08

Reference image

Paste or drag a photo as a background and calibrate the measurements to design over a real image of the space.

09

Scale model

Generate the scaled cut list to build a cardboard model. Choose the thickness and get the parts ready to cut.

From idea to workshop
in four steps.

1

Draw the piece

Set the outer dimensions and add internal divisions. Each cell can be a gap, a door or a drawer.

2

Apply textures

Choose from 35+ real Egger and Finsa melamines and veneers for the carcass, doors and drawers.

3

Generate the cut list

Get the list of every part with exact dimensions, edge banding and the board type needed.

4

Optimize the cuts

Enter your boards and the algorithm tells you exactly how to cut them to minimize waste.

in a simple interface.

2D editor with smart divisions

Split any cell horizontally or vertically to build the internal structure of your piece. Each cell can be an open gap, a hinged door, a drawer or a hanging rail.

  • Unlimited, nested divisions
  • Edge dragging to adjust proportions
  • Multi-selection with Ctrl+Click or rubber-band
  • Zoom with the mouse wheel or pinch on mobile
  • Alignment guides between pieces

Photorealistic 3D view

Turn your design into an interactive 3D view with wood textures, ambient lighting and soft shadows. Perfect for presenting to the client.

  • Three.js rendering with SSAO and Bloom
  • Procedural wood textures
  • Door and hinge visualization
  • Drawers with animated slides
  • Free orbital rotation

MAXRECTS cut optimizer

Enter your board dimensions and the algorithm lays out every part while minimizing waste. It accounts for the saw kerf and groups by thickness.

  • Professional MAXRECTS-BSSF algorithm
  • Grouping by board thickness
  • Kerf compensation (saw blade width)
  • Color-coded visual map
  • SVG export of each board

Complete cut list

Get the list of every part needed, organized by type: carcass boards, doors, drawers, back panel and extras. Each part includes dimensions and edge banding.

  • Carcass boards (top, bottom, sides)
  • Horizontal and vertical dividers
  • Doors with overlay extension
  • Drawers broken down: front, sides, back and base

Frequently
asked questions.

Everything you need to know before you start designing.

Do I need to install anything? +
No. Open the app in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). If you like, you can install it as a PWA to use offline, but it's not required.
Does it work on mobile? +
Yes. The interface adapts to touch screens. You can design, view the 3D view and check the cut list from your phone or tablet.
Can I design full kitchens? +
Yes. Create several base and wall units in the same project, place appliances (oven, fridge, hood, sink) and add countertops that connect them.
How does the cut optimizer work? +
You enter the dimensions of the boards you buy at the store (for example 2440 × 1220 mm) and the algorithm lays out all the parts of your project to make the most of each board.
Are my projects saved? +
Projects are saved automatically in the browser's local storage. You can also download the JSON/SVG file to keep a backup.
Can I use the textures in the real design? +
The textures match real melamines from makers like Egger and Finsa. The names let you find the exact reference at your board supplier.
