Terms of Service

Last updated: April 25, 2026

In short: You subscribe to use the editor (€29/month with a 7-day free trial, no card required). You own the furniture you design, we own the software, and either side can leave whenever they want. We get serious about the serious stuff in the rest of this document.

1. Who we are

The MuebleLab service (the "Service") is provided by {EMPRESA}, tax ID {NIF}, registered at {DOMICILIO}. For any matter: {EMAIL_CONTACTO}.

2. What MuebleLab is

A web application for designing furniture, generating cut lists, CNC plans and quotes. It runs in any modern browser and requires a personal account.

4. Subscription and trial

5. Cancellation and refunds

6. Your content

The furniture, plans and lists you design with the Service belong to you. We claim no rights over them. You can download and use them as you please, including for commercial purposes.

You grant us permission to store them on our servers as long as your account is active, exclusively to provide you with the Service.

7. Our content

The software, source code, the MFL/PLANK/CLF languages, the integrated board and hardware catalogs, branding and documentation are property of {EMPRESA} and protected by intellectual property rights.

Your subscription gives you the right to use the Service, not to resell, redistribute, sublicense, decompile or reproduce the software.

8. Acceptable use

If we detect abusive use, we may suspend the account without refunding the current period, notifying you by email.

9. Availability and limitations

We do our best to keep the Service available 24/7, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages may occur due to maintenance, third-party providers or force majeure.

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for furniture manufactured from the generated plans: the final decision on dimensions, materials and assembly belongs to the user and/or carpenter. Always verify the plans before cutting.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms with at least 15 days' email notice. If you don't agree with the changes, you can cancel your subscription before they take effect.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute the competent courts are those of the user's domicile, if a consumer; or those of {CIUDAD}, if a business.

12. Contact

For any question about these terms: {EMAIL_CONTACTO}.
